Out of stock handling
1. Due to our large inventory, due to various reasons, some inventory data will be inaccurate.
2. When submitting the order, confirm the negotiation with our sales staff in advance.
3. If you place an order directly for payment, we will ship the goods directly if the order is out of stock amount less than 10%. If it is higher than this ratio, we will negotiate with you in time.
4. If you place an order and pay directly, we will notify you in case of shortage, re-order or direct refund, it is up to you to decide the processing method. Please understand that the re-ordered products will be delayed.
About after-sales
1. When you receive the goods, you should inspect the goods immediately. If it is indeed a quality problem of the goods, which affects normal use, please contact the person in charge within 3 days of receiving the goods. For products with quality problems, we will bear the shipping costs returned, and the refund will be deposited into your prepaid account.
2. Even if we have fully packed before delivery, accidental damage may occur. The responsibility for damage during transportation belongs to the courier company, please directly find the courier company to be responsible!
3. If you are shipping an automobile, due to various uncertainties in the automobile transportation process, the damage occurred during the transportation process, please contact the freight company responsible for the transportation for compensation.
Return process
1. Please call our staff directly, we will deal with it within 48 hours, and contact you in time.
2. If you return the goods, we will charge the payment to your prepayment account. If you still want to buy this product, please reconfirm with the salesperson!
We have the right to reject the customer's return request in the following situations
1. The goods are damaged, but it is not raised within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
2. The quality of the goods is not raised within 5 days after receiving the goods.
3. We will not deal with the goods returned directly without communicating with the person in charge.
4. For the customer's designation of product color or style, the company will try its best to satisfy the principle. As long as the warehouse has the customer-specified color or style, it will be shipped as required. If the warehouse does not specify a color or style, it will be shipped randomly. The color of the product picture is for reference only. Because the shooting and display inevitably have different degrees of color difference, it is not guaranteed that the actual delivery color will be exactly the same as the picture. Customers who mind the color should communicate with the customer service before placing an order. Inconsistent styles will not be returned or exchanged.
