1. General Statement
This Shipping Policy (the "Policy") outlines the principles and limitations related to logistics support provided during order placement through Supply Leader Systems LTD, a company registered in Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "Supply Leader").
Supply Leader is not a seller, shipping provider, or freight carrier. The company offers informational and organizational assistance to clients in placing orders with third-party suppliers, including support in selecting and coordinating delivery options.
Actual delivery of goods is carried out by third parties—suppliers or logistics companies—on behalf of the client. All logistics operations are governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
2. Role of Supply Leader
Supply Leader provides end-to-end support to the client throughout the interaction with the supplier, including product selection, order placement, terms coordination, and delivery arrangements.

- sharing delivery-related information such as cost, timing, and terms as provided by the supplier or logistics company;
- assisting with communication between the client and external parties;
- coordinating logistics arrangements upon client request.
Supply Leader acts solely on behalf of the client and in the client's interest, without entering into contractual relationships with suppliers or logistics providers in its own name.
Supply Leader:
- does not carry out deliveries;
- does not manage or control the delivery process;
- does not supervise suppliers or logistics providers;
- bears no legal responsibility for the performance of delivery services, including timelines, condition of goods, delays, losses, or restrictions.
The role of Supply Leader is to support and assist the client while facilitating communication and coordination. All logistics activities are performed by third parties on behalf of the client and are governed by those parties' terms and conditions.
3. Responsibility for Delivery
All logistics services, including arrangement, execution, tracking, transportation, customs clearance, and final delivery, are carried out by third-party suppliers or logistics providers on behalf of the client.
All risks related to delivery—including but not limited to:
- delivery delays,
- loss, damage, or partial receipt of goods,
- customs-related restrictions or actions,
- acts or omissions by carriers, forwarders, or authorities,
remain solely with the supplier or logistics provider engaged during the order process.
Supply Leader assumes no legal or financial responsibility for the execution or outcome of logistics operations and does not guarantee delivery performance.

- clarify delivery information received from the supplier;
- contact the supplier or logistics provider to verify shipment status;
- assist in collecting documents needed for submitting a claim.
This support is provided within the scope of client service, without assuming legal liability for the actions of third parties.
