Processing usually takes about an hour, during business hours:
⁃ Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, 8pm to 12am, Hong Kong Time (GMT+8).
Sometimes processing can take up to 24 hours, as we need to get a response from the manufacturer regarding the weight and size of the boxes to calculate the shipping cost for you.
Subscription payment required for manual application processing by our manager. In the free version you can check out a list of similar products to your request to see if the prices of our platform suit you.
Subscription payment occurs automatically by PayPal after the trial period and sometimes it can be less than 24 hours from the moment the trial subscription is created.
In the free version you can also place an order for products which are displayed in the "Available" section when searching for products on the website.
We provide manufacturer’s prices and make a margin of only 5%, which is used for currency exchange in RMB and other banking fees.
We also publish a link to the manufacturer’s website on the available-to-order product page so you can contact and place an order directly with the manufacturer if needed.
Around a half of requests may be marked as "not found" if we were unable to contact the manufacturer.
